The legendary mathematical department of Princeton University decided to put the individual Gömböc carrying the year of foundation of the University on permanent display in its famous Common Room, where several scenes of the movie “Fermat’s Last Theorem”, illustrating one of the most memorable periods of the Department’s history, were shot, The Common Room is the informal center of life in the Department, where afternoon tea is served for faculty, students and visitors.
